The factory quality inspection process has been fully upgraded to strongly strengthen the safety performance and stability of heavy-duty auto maintenance tools.

 

In order to continue to optimize product quality and improve the safety and working condition stability of heavy-duty auto maintenance tools, our company has recently successfully completed a comprehensive upgrade of the entire finished product quality inspection process, optimizing multiple testing standards for core auto maintenance equipment such as jacks, grease guns, and high-pressure oil injectors to further strengthen product quality defense.
This quality inspection upgrade focuses on the two cores of safety performance and durability and stability. For hydraulic lifting equipment, the factory has newly added a pressure overload test process to simulate high-intensity and overload conditions, strictly verify the pressure-bearing capacity, structural strength and hydraulic stability of the equipment, and eliminate safety hazards such as lifting jams, pressure relief and leakage. For lubricating tools such as grease guns and high-pressure oilers, we have comprehensively strengthened the pressure and sealing sampling inspection standards, focusing on troubleshooting problems such as oil leakage, pressure relief, and seal failure under high-pressure working conditions to ensure that products are durable in high-frequency maintenance scenarios.
This upgrade covers the entire production chain, from raw material warehousing inspection, production process inspection, to finished product performance testing, and multiple factory inspections. It establishes a layer-by-layer quality control system to comprehensively improve product consistency and reliability. The upgraded quality inspection standards can perfectly adapt to complex working conditions such as auto repair shops, construction machinery maintenance, and heavy equipment maintenance, greatly improving end-use safety.
